DoubleTree by Hilton Raleigh Midtown

I wanted to leave three separate reviews—one for each amazing employee—but the system wouldn’t let me, so I’m combining them here. My trip started off terribly with a rough flight and an even worse rental car experience. But when I arrived at the hotel, everything changed. Sierra at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. She greeted me with empathy, professionalism, and kindness—and even gave me a cookie. Her warm welcome truly turned my awful day into a pleasant stay. Hussein, the chef, was equally wonderful. You could tell he takes great pride in his cooking—like a proud papa showing off his craft. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and it made my morning feel special. Abir, our waitress, was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and efficient—she made sure everything ran smoothly and always had a smile. Whoever hired this team deserves a round of applause. These three made all the difference in my stay. Well done!

Five stars for the manager, Argo! Argo was a real stand up man and took care of an issue I had raised in matter of minutes. Ended up being me misunderstanding a bill, he was still kind and helpful. Thank you!! Food was ok. Free parking, but it felt a little unsafe given the excessive signage that signals lack of safety! The room was also comfortable enough. If you factor in the price, this place ranks very high in terms of value for $. Nothing fancy though. Thank you for hosting us for a night.

This is the best Hilton in Raleigh. It's difficult coming in off 440 the light to turn in takes forever and you need to be on the inside lane. If they had breakfast less than 20$, they could not be beat. The parking is free the rooms are great. Staff care and are kind.

We had a great stay over the winter storm weekend at the end of January. The staff were all incredibly pleasant and helpful. The room was pretty big and very clean. Everything was closed because of the storm so we ate at the restaurant a few times. The burger was great, and the awesome bartender made a great margarita. For breakfast they made us the artisan sandwich on a wrap and were very accommodating in substituting turkey sausage for the bacon.

While staying here, the rooms were clean and customer service was great. But when leaving the next morning, multiple cars had their windows busted and things stolen. When I went in to alert the front desk, they already knew. They did not try to alert any of the guest, they did not call the police, another guest did. All the staff said was "We are not responsible for what happens in the parking lot"

Excellent experience; 5 Stars . It's a great place to stay. Safe and well lighted interior. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. There aren't any microwaves in the rooms, however we did not request one. Generally those are available by coordinating with the Front Desk. My wife and I always reserve a room with a King size bed. We are never disappointed. The bed leaves us wanting to rest more because it is so comfortable. Well, got to run...reserve and stay here. Accessible to plenty of restaurants and beltline to Raleigh Main or other parts of the community. Be Cool and Be Kind. Ciao!

This is a wonderful hotel. Front staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly. There are no luggage carts available but the on-site maintenance man went to the kitchen and got a cart so we could roll our luggage up. You received a little goodie bag with a sweet snack upon check-in. The room was extremely clean with little touches like the towels folded in unique ways. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is awesome! The staff is amazing they're always happy to help and when you have short notice rebooks they're happy to help. The rooms was very clean and the beds were very comfortable, atleast to me. They only have $25 dollars per night deposit which I am more comfortable with since it's given right back to you the minute you check out at least with my bank it was back to me the minutes after I was checked out.
